Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. They should be returned in the original packaging if possible.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) with the original tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package using a trackable service.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days).
- Refund or Exchange: Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Refunds: Timing & Method
We process refunds with the same reliability we build into every seam of our Coats & Jackets.
- Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color in our timeless Knitwear or versatile Bags? Exchanges are simple.
- Follow the standard return process above, indicating your desired exchange item clearly.
- We will ship the exchange item once the original return is received and approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.
- For a faster exchange, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original separately. This ensures you secure the desired size/color before it sells out.
Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards for our entire community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item:
- Swimwear (Maillots de bain): For hygiene reasons, swimwear must have its hygiene liner intact and be unused.
- Accessories with Hygiene Components: Items like Lunettes (eyewear) must be returned in their original protective case, unworn and without scratches.
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” or purchased from a clearance section.
- Personalized or Altered Items: Products that have been customized or altered.
- Gift Cards.
