- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item with tags attached. Include your order confirmation or RMA number inside. Ship using a trackable service (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).
- Inspection & Processing: Our team will inspect the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Resolution: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Exchanges
Want a different size in our timeless Knitwear or color in our versatile Bags? Simply follow the return process above, clearly stating your desired exchange item. We’ll ship it once the return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.
💡 Tip for a Faster Exchange: To secure a popular size/color, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original separately.
Important Notes & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality, hygiene, and fairness for our entire community, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we sent the wrong item:
- Swimwear (Maillots de bain): For hygiene reasons, must have its hygiene liner intact and be completely unused.
- Accessories with Hygiene Components (e.g., Lunettes / Eyewear): Must be returned unworn, without scratches, and in their original protective case.
- Final Sale Items: Any item marked “Final Sale” or purchased from a clearance section.
- Personalized or Altered Items.
- Gift Cards.
