We strive to accurately display the colors, details, and materials of our Organic Cotton Polo shirts, Fleece wear, Bags, Chapeaux, and all items. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. If a product is not as described, you may return it following our Returns Policy.

All items, including those in our Holiday Shop or Accessories collections, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:
- Swimwear (Maillots de bain): Must have its hygiene liner intact and be completely unused.
- Accessories with Hygiene Components (e.g., Lunettes/Eyewear): Must be unworn, without scratches, in original case.
- Final Sale Items: Marked “Final Sale” or from clearance sections.
- Personalized or Altered Items and Gift Cards.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Order confirmation via email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.
3.4 Order Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order of Chemises, Knitwear, Bags, or any other item from our collection.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia) with two clear options:
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Cost: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
4.2 Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
4.3 Shipping Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Return Window
You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
5.2 Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please return in original packaging if possible.
5.3 Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address within 24-48 hours.
- Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item with tags attached. Include your order confirmation or RMA number inside. Ship using a trackable service.
- Inspection & Processing: We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Resolution: Upon approval, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and approve your return, please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
5.5 Exchanges
For a different size in our timeless Knitwear or color in our versatile Bags, follow the return process, clearly stating your desired exchange item. We’ll ship it once the return is approved. Standard shipping charges apply for the new item.
💡 Tip for a Faster Exchange: To secure a popular size/color, you may place a new order for the desired item and return the original separately.
